The facility also houses a full-service LifeCafe, providing nutritious dining options, and a LifeSpa offering massage services for relaxation and recovery. Families will appreciate the dedicated Kids Academy, catering to children from 3 months to 11 years old, with programs focused on mind and body, arts and culture, fitness and agility, and life skills.


Life Time Harbour Island is located at 900 South Harbour Island Blvd., Tampa, FL 33602. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 4 a.m. to midnight, and Saturday and Sunday from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
